Youvia takes over website portfolio of Varias
Youvia, part of the FCR Media group, announces the acquisition of the website portfolio of Varias and thus accelerates FCR Media´s growth ambitions in the Dutch market.
Antwerp/Amsterdam, 22 August 2022 - Youvia is taking over the website portfolio of Varias. This asset deal includes the 950+ website clients of Varias. Varias made a strategic change in its course and was looking for a buyer for its website portfolio. Youvia, part of the FCR Media group since March 2022, assures with its proven track record of digital marketing services that Varias´ website-clients will continue to get the excellent support they need to be findable on the Internet and to grow their business success.
